Get pre-approved by a trusted mortgage broker. To do so, you will need to complete a loan application and provide supporting documents to confirm you income and assets outlined on your application. This will help you narrow your home search and avoid falling in love with a home you do not qualify for.

Once Pre-approved your ready to start your home search. The best person to help you in your home search is a trusted real estate agent. They will help in your home search, write offers, help provide advice throughout your home buying journey, and much more.

This is will be one of the more fun parts of your home buying journey! Narrow in on an area you love and want to live in, and start house hunting. While you are out house hunting, don't forget to consult me for estimated payments on specific properties you like.

Write An Offer

 Escrow / Finish Loan Approval

Close of Escrow

You found the home that checks all the boxes! Now is the time to secure it by writing an offer. Your real estate agent will draft this up for you and present it to the seller or listing agent on your behalf. It is important to read through this carefully as it will layout things like purchase price and outline who pays what fees.

In this step you will do all your necessary home inspections, provide the earnest money deposit to escrow, and finalize your loan approval. To complete your loan approval you may need to have an appraisal completed and provide extra documentation required by the Underwriter.

Your loan has been funded, escrow has closed, and your new home has been recorded in your name with the county recorder. Congratulations, you are now a homeowner!!!!
